Help
Here are answers to frequently asked questions about using Lab2Aid.
What do I need to start using Lab2Aid?
You need a Google or Apple account. Select “Log in” at the top of the page to register. The first time, a screen asks you to agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and registration is completed when you agree. After registration, you can choose a service from the service list.
What is the difference between Free, Basic, and Pro?
Free provides trial access to apps. Basic includes access to apps and all features, unlimited BASIC AI, and priority support. Pro also includes 200 Coins each month and image-analysis AI subject to a daily limit. See the pricing page for the current details.
What are Labcoins?
Labcoins are Coins consumed when you use paid AI models within Lab2Aid services. A Basic or Pro plan is required to use Coins with AI Chat (Socia) and Sunaha.
When do Coins expire?
All Coins expire one year after acquisition, whether purchased or granted. Your balance and the amount and date of the next Coins to expire are shown on the dashboard.
Where can I cancel a monthly plan?
Open Stripe from “Manage plan · Cancel” on the dashboard, then complete the procedure on the Stripe screen. If cancellation is completed before the next billing date and time, no subsequent fee will be charged.
Can I continue using the service after cancellation?
You can continue using the service through the paid period. Customer-requested cancellation does not receive a prorated refund.
Do my Coins expire when I cancel a monthly plan?
Cancelling a monthly plan does not cause remaining Coins to expire before their respective expiration dates. However, Coin-using features that require a paid plan become unavailable once the paid period ends. Remaining Coins expire when you delete your account.
What should I do if I cannot log in or complete cancellation?
If you cannot log in, or cannot complete cancellation on the screen, email the address shown on the contact page. To cancel, state in the email the login service used (Google or Apple) and either your registered email address or the payment date, time, and amount. Cancellation is then treated as complete when the email reaches us.
