This guide explains how to start using Lab2Aid and provides information about plans, Labcoins, and cancellation.
Getting started
- Register: Select “Log in” at the top of the page and register with a Google or Apple account. The first time, a screen asks you to agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Registration is completed when you agree.
- Log in: From then on, log in with the same account.
- Choose a service: Select the service you want to use from the service list. You can check your plan and Coins on the dashboard.
Plan differences
- Free: Provides trial access to apps, including productivity tools and entertainment.
- Basic: Provides access to apps and all features, unlimited BASIC AI, and priority support.
- Pro: Includes the Basic features, 200 Coins each month, and image-analysis AI subject to a daily limit.
Basic and Pro are monthly plans with a one-month contract term. They renew for successive one-month periods until cancellation is completed. See the pricing page for the current details.
Labcoins
Labcoins are Coins consumed when you use paid AI models within Lab2Aid services. A Basic or Pro plan is required to use Coins with AI Chat (Socia) and Sunaha.
Purchased and granted Coins expire one year after acquisition. Expired Coins are forfeited. Your balance and the amount and date of the next Coins to expire are shown on the dashboard.
Cancelling a monthly plan does not cause remaining Coins to expire before their expiration dates. Remaining Coins expire when you delete your account.
How to cancel
Open Stripe from “Manage plan · Cancel” on the dashboard, then complete the procedure on the Stripe screen.
If cancellation is completed before the next billing date and time displayed on the dashboard, no subsequent fee will be charged. You can continue using the service through the paid period. Customer-requested cancellation does not receive a prorated refund.
If you cannot log in or complete the procedure on that screen, contact us by email. The address is on the contact page. In the email, state the login service used (Google or Apple) and either your registered email address or the payment date, time, and amount. Cancellation is then treated as complete when the email reaches us.
